Description:
Fiber laser marker adopts original imported fiber laser and galvanometer scanning system. This equipment can meet the demand of high-volume production, which has stable output power, good optical mode, excellent beam quality, fast marking speed, good effect and high efficiency. It has beautiful appearance, firm structure, easy operation, no consumables, low cost of depreciation and long-term running but trouble free, free maintenance, and can satisfy the requirements of industrialized continuous working.

Features:
1. Adopting integrated design of whole structure, equipped with automatic focusing system, operation process humanized.
2. Using original imported isolators to protect fiber laser window, which enhances stability and laser generator life.
3. Beam quality is better than traditional solid-state laser marking machine, as it adopts the basic mode (TEM00) output. The diameter of laser spot is less than 20um, Divergence angle is 1/4 of diode pump laser marker's. It's particularly suitable for precise marking.
4. Having high conversion efficiency of electro-optics. Its power consumption is less than 500W, which is 1/10 of light pumped solid laser marker and helps to save cost.
5. Without any maintenance, long lifetime, small in size, applying to work in severe environment.
6. The function of marking software is powerful. It can be compatible with files outputted from software such as Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc; support PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP and other formats; can mark automatic code, print sequence, batch number, date, bar code, 2d code, etc.
